TROY -- Lawn and garden power equipment maker Garden Way Inc. Friday released additional details on the impact a new financial restructuring will have on the company.
The restructuring significantly lowers Garden Way's debt burden and increases its cash flow. Garden Way Vice President Steven L. Richards called the deal ``a watershed in the company's turnaround.''
``Garden Way's operations have improved significantly and exceeded our business plan for several months now, but the financial restructuring was essential to Garden Way's long-term future,'' Richards said.
